Digital file is always preferred over printed copy. Quality of imprint will depend on the quality of artwork
provided. File format can be in AI, EPS, or JPG.
Artwork E-Mail: E-mail art to sales@klmpremium.com . Please include PO# when emailing artwok.
If digital file is not available, please make sure the printed copy is clean black & white artwork; color
separated with registration marks if artwork contains more than one color. Laser prints can be      
accepted at 600 DPI or higher.

  • Authorization & Indemnification
By placing an order with KLM Premium Products, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to    
order, purchase, and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc,
identified and submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLM
Premium Products, its affiliates and its representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities, and
expenses, arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any
trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect
after delivery of your order.

  • Cancellations
$25.00(V) plus the cost of a billable work completed

  • Claims
All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days order shipment.
All shipping damage claim must be filed with the common carrier. We are not responsible for shipping
damage

  • Copy Change
Add an additional Set-Up Charge per copy change. Each copy must meet catalog minimums.

  • Drop Ship/Split Shipments
$5.00(X) per additional location. Please contact customer service for a drop ship specification sheet.
Drop ship lists must be prepared according to the specific instructions show on the sheet to avoid
additional charges.

  • F.O.B. South EL Monte
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the shipping carrier

  • Finance charges
Finance charges not to exceed 1-1/2% per month will accrue on past due balances

  • Order Confirmation
Orders must be confirmed in writing

  • Over-Catalog Quantities
Please, call for an exact quote.

  • Over/Under Runs
KLM Premium Products reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered for imprinted
merchandise. Factory normally strives to ship exact quantities. Quantities shipped will be invoiced.

  • Payment
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard
$30 NSF charge for returned checks

  • Placing Order
Orders can be placed either by phone, email, or fax. Orders must be confirmed in writing

  • PMS color match
$15 (V) for each color. No charge if PMS number is supplied.

  • Personalization
Engraved items only. Set up charge is $45 (V) and running charge is $2.00 (V) per name.

  • Proofs
Free paperproof will be provided for approval
Pre-production sample proof is set-up fee plus the product cost charged at EQP

  • Production Time
Standard production time is 7-10 working days. Production begins the day AFTER receipt of your order,
and approved artwork and credit. Contact factory for production time on large quantity and offshore orders

  • Returned checks
$30 NSF charge for every returned check

  • Returns
Must be authorized by KLM Premium Products and have a Return Authorization Number.
No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to
factory. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise.

  • Running Charge
